Clinical trial in ovarian cancer by the Anticancer Fund

How Darwin's Theory inspired a new approch to treat ovarian cancer

ACTOv is a trial for women with ovarian cancer in the UK. Thanks to an intelligent use of chemotherapy tailored to each patient, it is hoped that the tumour will not become resistant to treatment and that patients will live longer and feel better.
