Can the information on the site be modified?
Yes, for data registered by organisations. Each organisation can create an account and log in to modify its data. These details will be marked "Modified by the organisation".
However, the data marked "Official data" comes from the Social Profit DataTrust and comes from official sources (the National Bank of Belgium, the National Social Security Office and the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises). They are updated automatically and cannot be modified. They will appear side by side with the data recorded by the organisation.

It's entirely possible. We'll look together to see if you meet the conditions and if so we'll create a form for you to fill in. Please email [email protected] with your company number. If you are a de facto association, please explain your project and mission.

First you need to create an account. This is necessary to check that you are a member of the organisation you want to modify. Link to "Create an account"

Once you have received confirmation by email, log in using the red "Log in/Register" button.

Log in using the red "Login/Register" button.

In the top right-hand corner, choose 'NL' for the Dutch-language version or 'DE' for the German-language version and 'EN' for the English-language version of your profile.

Fill in your details, documents, logos, etc. in the language of your choice.

Contact us by e-mail at [email protected], quoting the following details:
- company number of your association or foundation (this is the number under which it is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises)
- the name of your association or foundation
- your name and telephone number
- name and e-mail address of the person who registered your association or foundation
My organisation files its accounts with the National Bank every year. Can I change these details?
My organisation files its accounts with the National Bank every year. Can I change these details?
In the interests of transparency, you cannot change these details. However, if there are any errors, please send the correct data to the National Bank.
