Speech Splash’s objective is to promote foreign language learning in general, and the early learning of foreign languages in particular, with a special focus on its cultural dimension (ou pour être plus proche du sens de "en ce compris" : including its cultural dimension). 

The organisation also aims at developing and promoting a natural and immersive approach to language learning, focusing on spoken interaction and on children’s joy of learning.  

Finally, Speech Splash also intends to reinforce French language skills in non-native children or vulnerable children with learning difficulties, especially coming from an underprivileged background.
