Missions
In a (media) world full of misery, children deserve more hope than ever before.
Hope for a better future. One that they can design themselves. By taking action. That starts with the creative self-confidence to allow your ideas to develop. Dare to dream and dare to do.
Entrepreneurial action is the source of almost all personal and societal solutions.
Students in primary education, technical secondary education and higher education work respectfully together to grasp and realize their ideas - driven by their creativity—the nucleus of entrepreneurial action.
Because they want it and because they (want to be able to) do it.

MyMachine is a unique worldwide methodology in one school year:
- STEP 1: primary school children develop a "Dream Machine". Everything goes as long as they really, really want it.
- STEP 2: help higher education students (engineers, product designers, game designers, etc.) to translate that idea into a product concept.
- STEP 3: technical/vocational secondary students help build a working prototype from the concept.
They invent fantastic Dream Machines. Feel free to take a look here. Some are personal, some are fun, some solve a problem in their city or country, others on a global scale.
MyMachine helps students grow in their creative self-confidence that their own ideas really count and are important.
These ideas form the basis of their own future. Whether personally or professionally, developing their ideas creates impact in their own lives or in their city, country or worldwide. It starts with having confidence in your own ideas and knowing that you can actually grab hold of any idea and realize it. This enables them to become the change makers of their own lives, their communities and the world at large.
MyMachine shows them that this is possible by being creative and enterprising, working together and respecting each other's talents, being agile and also decisive.
Students and pupils learn:
- that having ideas is important,
- that you should not be afraid to express your ideas and
- what it takes to grasp an idea and realize it: by collaborating, respecting each other's talents, and being resilient and persistent.
They learn that they can contribute to society themselves, instead of simply being a consumer of society.
MyMachine originated in Belgium (Kortrijk). While we continue to grow MyMachine in our own country (Wallonia, Brussels, Flanders), MyMachine is now also available in the USA, Mexico, South Africa, Kenya, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Kosovo, Slovenia, Slovakia and Norway.
In addition, we have MyMachine DreamsDrop campaigns running that today reach teachers in more than 49 countries on all continents. Here we let children and students from different countries work together to realize Dream Machines.
