RenovaS is a non-profit organisation that has been entrusted by the municipality of Schaerbeek with the implementation of the urban regeneration agreements, namely:
- the administrative and technical follow-up of the renovation programme,
- the information regarding the sustainable urban agreement and the participation therein,
- the coordination of the environmental and socio-economical projects in collaboration with the inhabitants and the associations,
- the sensitization of the proprietors for the renovation of their property.
